Requirements
- Attorney with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Proven experience in labor law in leadership positions, representing employers (defendant side);
- Experience in high-volume labor litigation;
- Leadership and team management skills;
- Proficiency in oral and written communication;
- Results-oriented, with a proven ability to meet targets and objectives;
- Strategic mindset and ability to think innovatively, including regarding AI technologies;
- Law degree, with specialization in Labor Law and Labor Procedure.
