About the role

  • Global Employment Counsel providing employment law advice and support to HR and management. Collaborating with internal teams and overseeing employment litigation across various regions and theaters.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day employment law advice to People & Culture and business leaders.
  • Support internal HR investigations and oversee employment litigation matters.
  • Partner closely with Regional Managing Counsel teams and outside counsel.
  • Lead high-impact legal initiatives and projects that drive organizational change with respect to employment law compliance.

Requirements

  • Law degree and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar in good standing.
  • At least 5 years practicing employment law, with significant experience advising clients directly.
  • Background at a respected national or international law firm required, with a clear focus on employment law.
  • In-house experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to operate autonomously with little supervision and demonstrate sound judgment in factually ambiguous situations.
