About the role

  • Mystery Shopper conducting evaluations in various sectors in Switzerland. Focusing on customer experience assessments and providing feedback to improve services.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out mystery evaluation assignments across various sectors and markets.
  • Observe and assess the on-site customer experience.
  • Document observations and evaluations according to predefined criteria.
  • Complete questionnaires for each mystery evaluation assignment.
  • Work closely with the team to discuss findings and potential improvements.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license (car).
  • Interest in market research and mystery shopping/visits.
  • Good communication skills and a strong eye for detail/observation.
  • Reliability and accuracy in task execution.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Resident of Switzerland.
