About the role

  • Junior Customer Success Manager supporting relationships in SaaS and Business Travel, focusing on customer satisfaction. Collaborating with teams for optimal customer engagement while managing contracts and extensions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Success team in managing existing customers
  • Get to know your customers’ needs to contribute to high customer satisfaction
  • Assist with contract renewals, proposal preparation and price negotiations
  • Support initiatives to increase customer engagement and product usage
  • Analyze success metrics and contribute to the development of practical solutions
  • Identify potential issues early and help resolve customer concerns
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Degree in Business/Economics/Tourism or a comparable commercial qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in account management, customer success, or experience in the software/tourism industry is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of selling B2B products and an interest in supporting B2B customers
  • Commitment to quality and strong customer focus
  • Basic knowledge of Office systems and ideally initial experience with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Planhat)
  • Strong IT affinity and quick comprehension
  • Good spoken and written German and English
  • Team player with a service orientation and self-initiative
