About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist managing recruitment processes for FazWaz's real estate operations in Bali. Focusing on candidate sourcing, teamwork, and utilizing ATS for metrics.

Responsibilities

  • You will be in charge for achieving hiring goals and target
  • You will focus to expand your candidate sourcing while developing a fast screening process
  • You will promote teamwork by maintaining positive relationships and utilizing effective problem-solving skills
  • You will understand the current recruitment trends and the hiring market to identify and mitigate any impact upon the business
  • You will utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to generate and track metrics and data

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree from reputable universities
  • Min. 3 years work experience in Talent Acquisition in recruitment agencies or inhouse
  • An experience in mass hiring is a plus
  • Has a commitment to the job and eagerness to work in a fast-growing company
  • Fluency in spoken & written English
  • High-quality communication: Able to perform effective communication using STAR technique
  • A natural networker: Has strong experience in managing different stakeholders and an ability to create a meaningful conversation
  • Highly organized: Successfully finds productive ways in managing full-cycle recruitment process
  • Team Player: Understands there is no “I” in the team. Understands that the team’s success is our own success, and share responsibility when the team experiences difficulties along the way
