Responsibilities
You will be in charge for achieving hiring goals and target
You will focus to expand your candidate sourcing while developing a fast screening process
You will promote teamwork by maintaining positive relationships and utilizing effective problem-solving skills
You will understand the current recruitment trends and the hiring market to identify and mitigate any impact upon the business
You will utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to generate and track metrics and data
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree from reputable universities
Min. 3 years work experience in Talent Acquisition in recruitment agencies or inhouse
An experience in mass hiring is a plus
Has a commitment to the job and eagerness to work in a fast-growing company
Fluency in spoken & written English
High-quality communication: Able to perform effective communication using STAR technique
A natural networker: Has strong experience in managing different stakeholders and an ability to create a meaningful conversation
Highly organized: Successfully finds productive ways in managing full-cycle recruitment process
