About the role

• Technical Product Owner overseeing IT solutions for over 200 retail stores worldwide. Responsible for software development, product management, and technical support in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the IT solutions in our more than 200 stores worldwide (POS hardware/software, payment terminals, audio/video systems, scales, mobile apps, customer footfall counters, etc.), as well as for their technical product management and ongoing development, and you support ensuring operational availability
• You plan the further development of our POS software together with our software vendor, prioritize items from the backlog, and ensure fast, high-quality implementation
• You actively drive technical advancements and innovations in the store environment and coordinate their technical realization and implementation
• You build and maintain an internal and external international network with IT team members, key users, and external partners
• As part of a regulated on-call rotation, you take responsibility and respond quickly and solution-oriented to technical emergencies

Requirements

• You hold a degree or completed vocational training in computer science or a related field
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in IT product management, as a Technical Product Owner, and/or in the analysis and design of IT solutions
• Experience in retail and with agile methodologies is an advantage
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• You are able to translate business requirements into technical requirements
• You are willing to perform on-call duty and to travel
• You bring strong interpersonal and social skills and are a team player
• You identify with the values of Läderach and the Läderach Charter
• You work conceptually and solution-oriented and remain resilient even in stressful situations
• You speak fluent German and English; French skills are an advantage
