About the role
- Accounting Specialist responsible for financial planning, reporting, and compliance in Italy. Collaborating with stakeholders and driving process improvements in financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Du begleitest die Entwicklung kurz- und langfristiger strategischer Finanzziele
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung der Finanzabschlüsse (Bilanz, GuV und Anhang)

- Du überwachst die Liquiditätsplanung, stellst die jederzeitige Zahlungsfähigkeit sicher und optimierst die Cash-Position
- Du verantwortest die steuerlichen Belange des Unternehmens, minimierst Risiken und sorgst für gesetzeskonforme Abläufe
- Du treibst Vereinfachungs- und Standardisierungsprozesse aktiv voran und bringst innovative Ideen ein
- Du arbeitest als Business Partner eng mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammen
Requirements
- Du verfügst über einen Bachelorabschluss in Business, Accounting, Finance oder Economics (ein Masterabschluss ist von Vorteil)
- Du besitzt idealerweise eine CPA- oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Finanzbereich mit
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Retail- bzw. FMCG-Branche
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse der Swiss GAAP FER und OIC.
- Erfahrung mit SAP FI/CO ist ein Plus
- Du arbeitest proaktiv, selbstständig und kommst auch mit geringer Anleitung bestens zurecht
- Du beherrschst Englisch und Italienisch fliessend in Wort und Schrift.
