Responsibilities
IT support & customer assistance: point of contact for our departments via phone, email and remote access.
System operation & IMAC: operation, maintenance and execution of install, move, add and change tasks for IT and end-user devices.
Server, client & Citrix environment: installation, operation and maintenance of Microsoft server and client systems as well as Citrix solutions.
Incident & problem management: analysis, documentation and sustainable resolution of incidents in the ticketing system.
Monitoring & operational reliability: monitoring IT systems to ensure stable and smooth operations.
IT security, projects & collaboration: participation in security measures and IT projects.
Requirements
Completed IT apprenticeship or degree in IT with at least three years of experience in a comparable role.
Practical experience in incident and request management.
Confident use of modern collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility.
Independent, proactive work planning and close, cooperative collaboration with team leadership, end users and IT departments.
Creative identification and contribution of improvement potentials, e.g. through standardization or reduction of recurring incidents.
