Responsibilities

  • Processing new instructions in line with service level agreements
  • Opening files promptly for compliance with court deadlines
  • Downloading and preparing court bundles and other documentation
  • Managing incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Maintaining electronic files according to internal processes
  • Providing general administrative support
