Responsibilities
As Head of Consulting, you are responsible for the strategic development and operational management of the international consulting division as well as the implementation of respective partnerships
Your goal is to establish L1VE as a leading consulting authority in the media-tech ecosystem, make partner success measurable, and unlock additional revenue potential through consulting services
Develop and lead the international consulting offering (partner concepts, strategy, technology integration, performance measurement)
Provide strategic advice to brand and rights partners on activation, audience engagement, and immersive content experiences
Manage implementation in close coordination with Rights Division, Brand Partnerships, Creative Marketing & Brand Experience, Media Sales, and Product
Develop and expand analytics, reporting, and KPI frameworks to make partnership success measurable
Identify and implement new technology integrations to optimize partner outcomes on the platform
Build a scalable consulting business as an independent revenue driver beyond core services
Generate additional revenue through consulting projects, implementations, and performance-based models
Strengthen partner loyalty and retention through data-driven insights and strategic guidance
Position L1VE as a thought leader in media-tech consulting
Create competitive advantages and market differentiation through consulting excellence
Requirements
Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in consulting, strategic marketing, or media
Proven experience managing and executing complex international projects and working with global brands
Strong analytical and strategic skills with a focus on business impact and data translation
Familiarity with tech platforms, CRM systems, data analytics, and digital activation models
Experience building and monetizing consulting services
University degree in Business Administration, Media Management, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a consulting-relevant field
Additional qualifications (e.g., MBA, Executive Education in Strategy, Data Analytics, or Innovation Management) are an advantage
English and German: fluent to native proficiency
Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French) are an advantage
