About the role

  • Head of Brand- and Partner Consulting managing international consulting at L1VE, focusing on sports and entertainment innovation. Lead strategic partnerships and deliver immersive media experiences.

Responsibilities

  • As Head of Consulting, you are responsible for the strategic development and operational management of the international consulting division as well as the implementation of respective partnerships
  • Your goal is to establish L1VE as a leading consulting authority in the media-tech ecosystem, make partner success measurable, and unlock additional revenue potential through consulting services
  • Develop and lead the international consulting offering (partner concepts, strategy, technology integration, performance measurement)
  • Provide strategic advice to brand and rights partners on activation, audience engagement, and immersive content experiences
  • Manage implementation in close coordination with Rights Division, Brand Partnerships, Creative Marketing & Brand Experience, Media Sales, and Product
  • Develop and expand analytics, reporting, and KPI frameworks to make partnership success measurable
  • Identify and implement new technology integrations to optimize partner outcomes on the platform
  • Build a scalable consulting business as an independent revenue driver beyond core services
  • Generate additional revenue through consulting projects, implementations, and performance-based models
  • Strengthen partner loyalty and retention through data-driven insights and strategic guidance
  • Position L1VE as a thought leader in media-tech consulting
  • Create competitive advantages and market differentiation through consulting excellence

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in consulting, strategic marketing, or media
  • Proven experience managing and executing complex international projects and working with global brands
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills with a focus on business impact and data translation
  • Familiarity with tech platforms, CRM systems, data analytics, and digital activation models
  • Experience building and monetizing consulting services
  • University degree in Business Administration, Media Management, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a consulting-relevant field
  • Additional qualifications (e.g., MBA, Executive Education in Strategy, Data Analytics, or Innovation Management) are an advantage
  • English and German: fluent to native proficiency
  • Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French) are an advantage
