Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and support of the TXM module, ensuring optimal handling of tax processes within consolidation workflows.
- Oversee the support and management of the Investment Register module, ensuring it supports seamless integration with financial consolidation and reporting processes.
- Expertly configure and maintain interfaces between Maconomy and OneStream for both Consolidation and TXM, ensuring accurate data flow, integration, and system performance across platforms.
- Implement and support Co-Star for financial modelling and CoProcess for enhanced process automation, ensuring alignment with client needs and seamless integration into the OneStream ecosystem.
- Leverage E-Flow to streamline business processes and enable improved workflow automation across OneStream, ensuring smooth operational efficiency.
- Drive integration efforts for Fides-Treasury (for treasury management) and GetPaid (for accounts receivable solutions), ensuring seamless data exchanges with OneStream’s financial processes.
- Manage integration of Kyriba (treasury management system) and TIS-CashOptix (liquidity management) with OneStream to enhance cash management and financial reporting.
- Ensure that Navison data is integrated effectively within the OneStream environment, allowing for comprehensive financial consolidation and reporting.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant OneStream and other financial management platforms.
- Hands-on experience leading the implementation and integration of OneStream with other financial and ERP systems.
- Previous experience working in consulting or systems integration, providing tailored solutions to clients in various industries.
- Expertise in system integration, data migration, and aligning financial management software with business requirements.
- Ability to design, configure, and deploy customized reporting and business intelligence solutions using reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of treasury management, financial reconciliation, and cash flow optimization tools such as Fides-Treasury, Kyriba, and TIS-CashOptix.
