About the role
- Intune Administrator managing Microsoft Intune solutions for enterprise Win/iOS devices. Overseeing device lifecycle management, security remediation processes, and cross-functional teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a small team to oversee the full lifecycle of Windows and iOS devices
- Plan, coordinate, and execute operating system upgrades for Windows and iOS endpoints
- Help to design, implement, and maintain Intune device configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment strategies
- Interface with Security teams as needed to align Intune policies with enterprise security standards
- Identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities in device management processes
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, coordinate small projects, and ensure timely delivery of device management initiatives
- Stay current with Intune feature releases, best practices, and industry trends
Requirements
- Proven experience of 5+ years in managing Microsoft Intune for Windows and iOS devices in a medium-to-large enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of device lifecycle management, OS upgrade processes, and endpoint security
- Ability to collaborate with other functional teams on projects and remediation activities
- Excellent communication skills; able to present technical information simply and effectively
- Experience identifying and resolving gaps in device management processes
- Project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
