Responsibilities

  • Creating quotes, managing renewals, and ensuring pricing accuracy
  • Preparing order forms, agreements, invoices, and maintaining CRM records
  • Responding to client inquiries, scheduling calls, and assisting with follow-ups
  • Handling purchase orders, coordinating with finance, and ensuring smooth fulfillment
  • Generating quarterly sales reports or forecasts for management
  • Serving as a link between sales, marketing, finance, and operations

Requirements

  • Ideally, education in Finance/Administration or Sales & Marketing
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Customer-oriented and proactive problem-solving
