Responsibilities
Responsible for the team of architects and Technical Presales, the overall technical solution, and ensuring adherence to proposal submission deadlines
Close collaboration with the sales unit responsible for the commercial aspects of the proposal
Capture customer requirements, translate them into Kyndryl’s proposed solution, and present that solution to the customer
Develop the technical solution strategy and create a profitable, implementable solution that meets customer requirements
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders: conduct technical negotiations with the relevant business units and external partners involved
Minimize business risk by implementing mitigation measures for any items identified as potential risks to the future implementation project
Contribute to the management of the customer relationship during the technical proposal process
Understand customer needs and identify business potential for Kyndryl within the customer environment, translating this into the planned Kyndryl solution
Work with the customer’s management and technical staff to successfully sell Kyndryl’s solution and align its benefits with the customer’s requirements
Requirements
Existing architect-level certifications in hyperscaler, network, Digital Workplace, or security domains
Strong knowledge of market developments (competition, technology, industry trends)
Project management skills and proven multi-year leadership experience in relevant projects
Practical, hands-on experience in transition and transformation
Sales and negotiation experience and skills; team player with an agile working style
