Responsibilities
Lead customer-facing engagements to identify business and technical requirements, shaping tailored Microsoft-based solutions
Deliver high-impact demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and prototypes that articulate the value of Kyndryl’s Microsoft capabilities
Collaborate with internal teams and alliance partners to co-create joint solutions and drive go-to-market plays
Support pre-sales activities including solution design, compliance verification, and proposal development
Align with Microsoft’s sales and partner engagement structures (ATU, STU, CSU) to drive joint opportunities
Represent Kyndryl at Microsoft events and forums, reinforcing our credibility and strategic alignment
Requirements
Deep domain knowledge across Microsoft Cloud services: Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Security, and Data & AI
Proven experience translating Microsoft capabilities into industry-relevant customer propositions
Strong consultative selling background in complex enterprise environments
Demonstrated success in developing go-to-market plays with Microsoft solutions
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence both C-level executives and technical teams
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft-focused solution sales, consulting, or architecture roles
