Responsibilities
Pre-sales and technical consulting for messaging, voice, video and collaboration solutions
Primary contact for key accounts and new enterprise customers (focus on DACH)
Conduct demos, POCs, workshops and customer trainings
Close collaboration with Sales, Product Management and strategic partners (e.g., Deutsche Telekom, T-Systems)
Technical support for tendering and proposal processes
Communicate product value and benefits to audiences from CxOs to technical staff
Support Marketing with competitive analyses, trade shows, case studies, creation of demo scripts, demo videos and whitepapers
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, solution engineering or a comparable role
Knowledge in areas such as CPaaS, UCaaS, Messaging (A2P), Secure SaaS, collaboration tools or telecommunications
Strong communication skills across technical levels up to CxO
Very good German and English skills (at least business fluent); additional languages are an advantage
Independent, structured working style and a team-oriented attitude
Willingness to travel (DACH, occasionally Europe)
