Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales representatives
  • Develop the customer portfolio
  • Monitor and drive sales team performance using CRM and KPIs

  • Improve collaboration between sales and after-sales/service departments

Requirements

  • Experience in equipment sales
  • Knowledge of agricultural machinery and farming practices
  • Knowledge of clients' business practices
  • Proficiency with computer systems, internet tools and sales software
  • Knowledge of John Deere products and competitors
  • Ability to analyze internal reports
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Ability to develop a sales strategy
  • Demonstrates integrity and honesty
  • Organized and rigorous
  • Valid Category B driving license required
