Responsibilities
Responsibility for the market-oriented positioning of KWS corn varieties and traits, and the development of a consistent storytelling for the German market
Development of market launch concepts, including market and competitor monitoring, and the creation of technical content for marketing and sales
Translation of complex technical information and trial results into clear, customer-centered value propositions, and presentation of technical content at events
Technical support for and further development of the myKWS platform for corn
Design and delivery of training for the sales team, active communication with internal and external stakeholders, and participation in international project groups
Support in the planning, execution and evaluation of field trials
Requirements
Degree in agricultural sciences or a comparable field of study
Good knowledge of agricultural practice and crop production
Ideally, professional experience in the agricultural sector, particularly in product management or sales
Combination of operational, commercial and strategic thinking, along with strong analytical skills
High level of creativity, excellent communication skills, and a responsible, results-oriented working style
Willingness to travel within Germany (>30%)
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
