Marketing Expert responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies for KWS Austria. Leading campaigns, analyzing data, and adapting Salesforce for effective marketing operations.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a forward-looking marketing strategy for the Austrian market
Design and execute targeted campaigns to increase brand awareness
Analyze market, customer, and competitor data and derive appropriate actions
Develop and optimize customer segments, customer journeys, and CRM activities
Independently further develop and adapt Salesforce for the Austrian market
Ensure optimal integration of Salesforce into marketing and sales processes
Coordinate closely with all business units on planning, budgeting, and KPI management
Take responsibility for budget and marketing controlling
Coordinate events such as trade shows and specialist conferences
Foster a cross-cultural and innovative team culture
Requirements
Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing and/or agribusiness
Experience in strategic and operational marketing (online & offline), ideally in the agricultural sector
Strong understanding of the link between marketing and business strategy
High IT affinity and responsibility for the further development of Salesforce and CRM systems
Independent, goal-oriented working style with strong initiative and decision-making skills
Very good communication skills in German and English and experience in international collaboration
Willingness to travel (approx. 5–10%, internationally) and a valid class B driver’s license
