About the role

  • Consultor de Implantação at Kumon supporting franchise expansion and providing development assistance in São Paulo. Working with real estate and franchise onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the active search for properties and negotiate with real estate agencies;
  • Request, monitor and review project designs;
  • Provide technical and practical support to prospective franchisees during the construction phase;
  • Report risks and schedule adjustments to avoid surprises;
  • Integrate information between departments involved in the process;
  • Analyze expansion opportunities for new franchises according to corporate strategies, considering regional characteristics and peculiarities.
  • Conduct property analyses and prospecting using tools such as OnMaps and/or on-site visits.
  • Prospect candidates for franchisees (instructors), evaluating regional alternatives and proposing actions based on cost analysis and available resources.
  • Plan stages of the unit opening process, balancing travel across the assigned region, internal activities and corporate/branch events.
  • Manage contacts received via the website and update the recruitment system.
  • Participate in Pre- and Post-Opening Trainings, introductory presentations, business model meetings and interviews during the opening process.
  • Monitor online study and pre-opening teaching materials, ensuring the established timeline is met.
  • Provide feedback to candidates after training and the opening of units.
  • Request layouts and façades from the responsible department, ensuring documentation deadlines are met.
  • Contribute to defining strategies for franchise network projects and/or new business.
  • Keep activity controls up to date, identifying and proactively addressing critical points.
  • Propose improvements to processes related to the area of activity.

Requirements

  • Completed bachelor's degree;
  • Basic Spanish (desired);
  • Intermediate English;
  • Professional experience in store/franchise expansion and implementation;
  • Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced);
  • Valid driver's license and experience driving on highways;
  • Experience in school management or in the education sector will be considered a differential.
