About the role
- Chief of Staff (COO) Intern supporting COO in operational execution at leading quantum technology firm. Involves internal process improvement, project coordination, and communication support.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation, and continuous improvement of internal processes
- Coordinate and track cross-functional projects (planning, priorities, deliverables, reporting)
- Prepare dashboards, summaries, and documentation to support decision-making
- Monitor and coordinate facilities-related topics (offices, service providers, operational needs)
- Anticipate operational and logistical needs in a fast-growing environment
- Support the coordination and execution of communication and marketing initiatives
- Help structure workflows, timelines, and operational processes related to marketing activities
- Act as a liaison between operational teams and relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- Master’s student in Business, Engineering, Public Policy, or equivalent. This position is only valid with an Internship Agreement.
- Strong interest in startups, scale-ups, or entrepreneurial environments, ideally in the quantum or deeptech domain
- Excellent organizational, structuring, and prioritization skills
- Comfortable working with documentation and collaboration tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Strong autonomy, proactivity, and sense of ownership (Nice to have)
- Previous experience in a startup, consulting, operations, or project coordination role (Nice to have)
