OE Partnerships & Development Manager developing partnerships with leading OE brands for Kramp's strategic growth. Building relationships and collaborating with Category Managers to optimize supply chains.
Responsibilities
Build, manage and optimize a strategic OE supplier base
Ensure compliance, performance, and long-term value creation
Identify potential leads, initiate contact through cold calling and networking, and convert prospects into long-term partners
Contribute to category strategies and annual plans; support business cases and resource estimates for key initiatives
Align with internal teams, share insights, and ensure strong communication and commitment
Analyze markets, identify cost drivers, and negotiate pricing, terms and assortment
Monitor supplier KPIs, SLAs and agreements; drive improvements and renegotiate where needed
Identify savings opportunities, implement improvements, and maximize supplier contribution
Partner with supply chain teams to enhance delivery performance and operational efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in business development, strategic procurement, partnerships or category management
Skilled negotiator with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen
Able to balance multiple perspectives and resolve conflicts constructively
Applies market insight to make informed, forward-thinking decisions
Thinks ahead strategically, translating trends and opportunities into actionable plans
Strong communicator who builds trust and relationships internally and externally
Organized, proactive, and committed to delivering results
