- Learning and Development Junior/Specialist facilitating training projects and strategies within the team. Supporting personal growth and organizational development in a reputable company.
Responsibilities
- Організація проєктів по розвитку soft skills, в тому числі із зовнішніми провайдерами (накприклад, "Академія Лідерства", “Managerial skills”тощо);
- Проведення фасилітацій групових воркшопів;
- Проведення індакшн зустрічей та представлення L&D функції;
- Ведення процесу СЕЕ тренінгів (які влаштовують наші європейські колеги);
- Залучення у ведення комплаєнсу L&D (відповідність процесам, ми як BIG4 маємо тримати високу планку);
- Організація та підтримка у вивченні англійської мови для співробітників;
- Керування процесом підвищення кваліфікації (міжнародна сертифікація АССА);
- Збір та аналіз зворотного зв`язку по софтовій частині;
- Бути відкритим до нових проєктів.
Requirements
- Випускник університету (Бакалавр і вище);
- Хороші навички роботи з комп'ютером: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Microsoft Teams;
- Досвід роботи від 0,5-1 року в відділі L&D.****Основні компетенції:**
