About the role

  • Technology Implementation Manager supporting compliance technology platform adoption at KPMG for UK and EMA firms. Collaborating with stakeholders and managing multiple technology projects for efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the adoption and implementation of KPMG’s compliance technology platform across the UK and EMA firms.
  • Manage innovation through automation and transformation, analytics, and data driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate their vision into actionable deliverables.
  • Support sales efforts, including proposal development, client presentations, and technology demonstrations.
  • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of KPMG and third-party technology solutions for clients.
  • Lead multiple technology projects, including delivery plans and tracking key milestones.
  • Oversee delivery of scalable solutions across diverse jurisdictions.
  • Ensure delivery excellence and agility in technology implementation.
  • Managing project teams to build and implement technology solutions.
  • Analyse, assess, and track business benefits through to realization.
  • Manage and mentor a team of consultants and analysts.

Requirements

  • A strong interest or background in tax and reporting technology is essential.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities.
  • Proven experience in delivering projects or solutions using agile methodologies.
  • Previous experience in technology solution implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of Tax and Accounting processes.
  • Experience in business development.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and concepts.
  • A keen interest in emerging technologies and their application.
  • Experience in performance management and people development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
