Responsibilities
Consolidate, analyze and interpret commercial performance data, identifying patterns, opportunities and risks across the sales funnel.
Develop and automate dashboards and KPI reports (sales, conversion, leads, CAC, productivity, margin, etc.) for different levels of the organization.
Structure and monitor the commercial quota-setting plan, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the team and the company.
Perform sensitivity analyses, scenario planning and projections (sales forecasts, headcount, paid leads and profitability).
Support the development and improvement of predictive performance and elasticity models, in partnership with Data and Growth teams.
Assess the financial and operational impact of campaigns, incentives and commercial policies, generating recommendations to maximize conversion and margin.
Map and propose improvements to sales and planning processes, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.
Act as an analytical partner to Sales and Operations teams, translating data into actionable insights for decision making.
Support the definition and tracking of the area’s OKRs, connecting operational metrics to strategic objectives.
Maintain data governance and ensure consistency of information sources used in analyses and executive presentations.
Produce executive materials (business reviews, reports and performance presentations) with clear storytelling and focus on impact.
Build models to project and monitor sales capacity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
Advanced Excel required; intermediate SQL (writing and running queries).
Analytical profile — qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to support decision making.
Critical thinking — rationally prioritize tasks and necessary actions.
Proactivity — responsible for taking initiative.
