About the role

  • Customer service representative at Kovi, responsible for client engagement and executing sales processes. Maintaining excellent communication and providing detailed product knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing customer service from start to finish, delivering excellent service in Kovi's tone of voice.
  • Understand our business model, ensuring that all information provided to customers is reflected in our processes and contracts.
  • Apply basic sales techniques such as open-ended questions, rapport building, and overcoming objections.
  • Responsible for collecting and managing all necessary customer documents and signatures.
  • Be familiar with our main product—the vehicle—and stay up to date on specifications and models.
  • Correctly use customer distribution methods, whether via CRM or in-person ticketing systems.
  • Work in partnership with supervisors from the respective Sales channel.
  • Serve as a reference for the team regarding customer service best practices and conflict resolution.
  • Proactively monitor product and price changes, contributing to the timely update of information.
  • Conduct trainings focused on best practices and process improvements (an important criterion for performance evaluation).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Solid experience in Sales and Customer Service.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Strong command of CRM tools (HubSpot), including the ability to customize and optimize processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
