Responsibilities
Grow our market share to raise awareness of our innovative continence care products.
Build long-term commercial relationships by establishing partnerships with your clients.
Play a key role in tender negotiations for the renewal of hospital contracts.
Develop your commercial approach in line with our sales model and client portfolio targeting.
Deliver effective product demonstrations and lead staff sessions to ensure the correct use of our products.
Maintain daily traceability in our Salesforce CRM and provide regular feedback to the Marketing team and Sales Management.
Requirements
University degree.
Proven sales experience, preferably in the hospital sector.
Curiosity and commitment.
A strong desire to grow in a scientific environment and to master its conventions (e.g., clinical studies).
