About the role

  • Responsible for commercial development in the Continence Care sector for hospitals and healthcare professionals in Angers, France. Focused on partnerships and market growth.

Responsibilities

  • Grow our market share to raise awareness of our innovative continence care products.
  • Build long-term commercial relationships by establishing partnerships with your clients.
  • Play a key role in tender negotiations for the renewal of hospital contracts.
  • Develop your commercial approach in line with our sales model and client portfolio targeting.
  • Deliver effective product demonstrations and lead staff sessions to ensure the correct use of our products.
  • Maintain daily traceability in our Salesforce CRM and provide regular feedback to the Marketing team and Sales Management.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the hospital sector.
  • Curiosity and commitment.
  • A strong desire to grow in a scientific environment and to master its conventions (e.g., clinical studies).
