(Junior) Account Manager responsible for managing projects and clients in a marketing agency focused on bakery and gastronomy concepts. Coordinating timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
You manage our projects from inquiry to completion and ensure everything runs smoothly
You create project plans, timelines, task lists, reports and final project evaluations for your projects in a structured and reliable manner
As the central interface between client, sales and the creative team, you keep all stakeholders aligned
You participate regularly in internal coordination meetings with sales, project management and marketing
You maintain customer contact, manage existing clients and identify project-related opportunities for additional services
You contribute your ideas to marketing activities, campaigns and communication projects — always within the scope of your projects
You organize and track projects efficiently with tools like AWORK and Miro and keep an overview of all to-dos
You support the presentation of our services, identify cross- and upselling opportunities and assist in acquiring new clients
Requirements
Affinity for brands, marketing and digital tools
Degree or vocational training with a focus on marketing, process management, communications, business administration or a related field
Initial experience in project management, e.g. through internships, working student positions or agency experience
Structured, independent working style and strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
