About the role

  • Recruiter sourcing top IT talent while partnering with hiring managers to identify needs. Engaging with candidates through various channels and monitoring key HR metrics for effective hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates from various online channels
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
  • Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, Sourcer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role
  • Experience recruiting/sourcing for IT and technical roles (e.g. software engineers, DevOps, QA, data, product, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with ATS systems (e.g. Ashby) and recruitment metrics
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written);
