- Data Center Technology Design Lead driving architectural strategy and platform engineering at KONE's global data centers. Leading modernizations across technology and automation for efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive architectural strategy, platform engineering, and automation across global data centers.
- Lead end to end technology design for data center modernization across compute, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud services, and automation.
- Serve as SPOC for Nasuni across the global environment.
- Oversee implementation and lifecycle engineering of: Compute, storage, virtualization, and network fabric.
- Ensure seamless integration between Nasuni and other enterprise systems: Backup/DR, Monitoring and analytics, Identity & security tooling.
- Develop automations for provisioning, patching, configuration management, and platform compliance.
- Provide expert-level support in complex troubleshooting and infrastructure optimization.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in data center platform engineering or infrastructure architecture
- Strong background in data center technology architecture across compute, virtualization, network, and storage
- Hands-on, expert-level experience with Nasuni: Filer/Edge appliance deployment and configuration
- Global File System (GFS) operations
- Cloud storage integration
- Performance tuning and caching optimization
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Must be fluent in English.
