About the role

  • Lead a team managing strategic retail accounts at Kohl's Media Network, driving revenue and optimizing media campaigns. Foster relationships with vendors and enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in account management, sales or client services, preferably in the retail or consumer goods sector
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, Google Workspace and business analytics tools
  • Experience with media reporting metrics and platforms
