- Updating assignments, ensuring forecasts are accurate, checking data
- Preparing status reports, coordinating project resources, setting up meetings
- Resource scheduling and monitoring; maintenance of generic resources
- Updating and maintaining central logs (RAID and RAG)
- Ensuring project control documents are correctly filed
- Scheduling and attending meetings
- Project onboarding and ensuring pre-reqs are in place
- Report creation and assistance
- Client contact and light management including holiday cover assistance
- Maintenance of Team sites and archiving of completed projects
- Effective management of communications in line with agreed communications plan and Delivery Framework
- Maintain updated versions of project artefacts, in line with agreed project methodology
- Monitor, manage and communicate accurate resource forecasts for project planning and completion
