About the role

  • Project Coordinator role managing project support and administration tasks for Kocho's project teams. Collaborating with Project Managers on resource management and client satisfaction in hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project teams by providing Project and administrative support across the project portfolio
  • Assist with back-office tasks relating to scheduling, reporting, and resource management
  • Work alongside Project Managers to support larger engagements
  • Drive to achieve and exceed client expectations and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Managing Kimble
  • Updating assignments, ensuring forecasts are accurate, checking data
  • Preparing status reports, coordinating project resources, setting up meetings
  • Resource scheduling and monitoring; maintenance of generic resources
  • Updating and maintaining central logs (RAID and RAG)
  • Ensuring project control documents are correctly filed
  • Scheduling and attending meetings
  • Project onboarding and ensuring pre-reqs are in place
  • Report creation and assistance
  • Client contact and light management including holiday cover assistance
  • Maintenance of Team sites and archiving of completed projects
  • Effective management of communications in line with agreed communications plan and Delivery Framework
  • Maintain updated versions of project artefacts, in line with agreed project methodology
  • Monitor, manage and communicate accurate resource forecasts for project planning and completion
  • Understanding and execution of deliverables – scope and change management
