Responsibilities
Lead and participate in patching activities across diverse platforms including Windows, Linux, and third-party applications.
Manage and mentor a team of patch management technicians, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Develop and maintain patching schedules, policies, and procedures aligned with security and compliance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate patch deployments and minimize operational impact.
Monitor patch compliance and vulnerability remediation efforts, producing reports for leadership and audit purposes.
Evaluate and implement patch management tools and automation strategies.
Stay informed on emerging threats, vendor advisories, and industry best practices.
Serve as a point of escalation for patch-related issues and coordinate resolution efforts.
Support audits and assessments related to patching and vulnerability management.
Requirements
