About the role
- Facility Manager conducting maintenance and repairs at company facilities. Ensuring safety and liaising with external service providers in Wiesbaden, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Selbständige Durchführung von kleinen Instandhaltungen, Reparaturen und einfachen Montagen an und in unseren Gebäuden sowie auf dem Betriebsgelände
- Feststellung von Mängeln, einhergehend mit der Veranlassung und Nachverfolgung von Schadensmeldungen
- Ansprechpartner für externe Handwerker und Dienstleister
- Mitarbeit, Kontrolle und Abnahme bei Leistungen von Fremdfirmen
- Winterdienst, Grünpflege
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Handwerksberuf
- Erfahrung als Haustechniker/Hausmeister (m/w/x)
- Führerschein der Klasse B
- Zuverlässige, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sie sind belastbar, flexibel und bereit, bei gutem und schlechtem Wetter draußen zu arbeiten
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
