About the role

  • Coordinate logistics and customs processes for Arkema's operations, ensuring efficiency in dispatch and delivery schedules while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate dispatches with trucking coordinator and strategize delivery schedules
  • Monitor and report daily Dispatch Plan, invoices, PODs, and billings
  • Manage fleet, 3PL providers, and resources efficiently to optimize operations
  • Ensure timely customs clearance for imports and exports and maintain customs records
  • Implement customs process simplifications and apply for customs-related permits
  • Prepare and submit reports including OTIF, Freight Cost, CO₂ Footprint, and Customs Savings Report
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to HSE standards
  • Perform other tasks as assigned and demonstrate flexibility for relocation or reassignment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 2 years + experience in Logistics or Supply Chain; experience in a logistics company preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of customs legislation and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work extended hours
  • Flexibility to work in Taytay and Tanay, Rizal is a must
