About the role

  • (Senior) Commercial Manager responsible for overseeing customer project tenders in energy-efficient renovations. Guide partnerships and ensure optimal project execution with a focus on sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • You manage the demand-driven allocation of customer projects to qualified installation partners, ensuring optimal project execution by taking into account region, capacity and complexity.
  • You are responsible for the entire tender process — from identifying and selecting suitable partners through contract and price negotiations to providing structured data via the internal platform.
  • You negotiate installation prices and project volumes with new and existing partners, securing commercially viable terms while building long-term, stable collaborations.
  • You develop and manage central success metrics for partner evaluation, guaranteeing an excellent customer experience through continuous KPI monitoring of installation quality and reliability.
  • You scale and optimize operational processes in close collaboration with the tech team by identifying opportunities for digitalization and automation and increasing the efficiency of procurement steps.

Requirements

  • You have solid experience in project costing, procurement of technical services or tender management, ideally in the HVAC/plumbing & heating (SHK), construction or energy sector.
  • You are comfortable negotiating on equal terms with craft businesses and possess the assertiveness needed to drive commercial discussions to a goal-oriented close.
  • You understand the offer and decision-making logic of installation companies and can accurately assess project risks and realistic margins.
  • You combine strong numerical affinity with technical understanding of heat pump and PV systems in order to provide well-founded counterarguments.
  • You act with a strong ownership mentality and feel personally responsible for achieving project margins and the ramp-up plan.
  • Ideally you have a background as a certified HVAC master technician (SHK), engineer or business economist with a strong technical focus and experience in dynamic platform models.
