About the role
- Provide end-to-end SAP SD/LE support within the Logistics domain for Knauf, a global building materials manufacturer. Collaborate across functions to enhance order management and transportation workflows.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end SAP SD/LE support with a focus on Logistics Execution across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP TM, covering sales orders, deliveries, transportation, and freight
- Troubleshoot and resolve O2C workflow issues and discrepancies; perform root cause analysis and implement long-term, sustainable solutions to improve system reliability
- Configure and customize SAP SD/LE modules to meet business requirements, leveraging SAP functionalities and best practices to streamline and optimize O2C processes
- Collaborate with business users and coordinate cross-functional teams (finance, logistics, sales) to resolve system integration issues and ensure smooth operations
- Lead/participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort in order management and transportation workflows
