Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to operations by supporting project plans managed by other team members.
Data entry into school systems and assisting with all functions of the operation team.
Responsible for coordinating activities to ensure project tasks are accomplished within the prescribed time frame.
Assist with preparation of presentations, as needed.
Updates K12 internal audit tools regularly.
Works collaboratively with all applicable school parties.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree OR
Three (3) years of related experience
Ability to travel 15% of the time.
Ability to clear required background check.
Excel/technology skills, including but not limited to V-LookUp, pivot tables, formulas and Access data bases
Microsoft 365 proficiencies
Meeting planning experience.
Strong, proven writing skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work and coordinate with numerous people inside and outside the company.
