About the role

  • Trainer for inventory management systems at Keros Consult GmbH. Responsible for conducting training and overseeing project management from planning to implementation.

Responsibilities

  • You conduct training sessions and workshops for the software in use and advise users and customers
  • You take full responsibility for project management from planning through implementation, including schedule and resource control
  • You are responsible for creating, maintaining and tracking project plans as well as reporting and progress documentation
  • You support user support in handling software-related inquiries
  • You work closely with the sales team

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in gastronomy/hospitality desirable
  • Relevant experience as a trainer and/or working with inventory management systems required
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel essential
  • Fluent German language skills required
  • Excellent ability to convey knowledge is essential
  • Strong communication skills when addressing groups required
