About the role

  • Project manager coordinating sustainability projects and funding at Klüh Catering GmbH. Managing budgets and collaborating with partners in a transformative project in the catering sector.

Responsibilities

  • You share responsibility for budget planning and budget control of the transformation project in coordination with project management and accounting
  • You are jointly responsible for the financial administration of grants and subsidies, including fund drawdowns, documentation and submission via relevant federal platforms
  • You prepare interim and final use reports as well as project-related invoices and settlements
  • You perform a project-supporting and coordinating function within the overall project
  • You are responsible for project monitoring as well as documentation and reporting for internal decision-making processes
  • You support the implementation of sustainability projects and the identification of suitable funding opportunities

Requirements

  • Completed degree in public administration, economics, social sciences or a comparable qualification required
  • Experience in project coordination and grant/funding management necessary
  • Knowledge of budget planning, budget control and financial project processing required
  • Confident use of MS Office essential; advantageous: experience with Profi-Online (portal for federal funding projects) or comparable systems
  • Good written and spoken German and English required
  • Class B driver’s license desirable for occasional business travel
