About the role

  • ICT-Support Engineer resolving 2nd- to 3rd-level support issues at p3b AG, a successful Swiss IT company. Collaborating with developers and managing network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • You handle incidents in 2nd- to 3rd-level support and find efficient solutions
  • You analyze and resolve more complex technical problems
  • You resolve incidents directly by phone, remote access, or on-site
  • You take care of infrastructure, servers, and networks
  • In addition, you create and maintain relevant documentation (e.g., manuals)
  • You manage user and permissions administration
  • You work closely with developers and other key stakeholders in the company

Requirements

  • Completed education in the IT field or equivalent professional experience
  • Knowledge of Windows Server as well as M365/Azure
  • Proven professional experience in ICT support
  • Category B driving license is an advantage
  • German spoken and written (C1)
  • English at least basic knowledge (B2)
