Responsibilities
You handle incidents in 2nd- to 3rd-level support and find efficient solutions
You analyze and resolve more complex technical problems
You resolve incidents directly by phone, remote access, or on-site
You take care of infrastructure, servers, and networks
In addition, you create and maintain relevant documentation (e.g., manuals)
You manage user and permissions administration
You work closely with developers and other key stakeholders in the company
Requirements
Completed education in the IT field or equivalent professional experience
Knowledge of Windows Server as well as M365/Azure
Proven professional experience in ICT support
Category B driving license is an advantage
German spoken and written (C1)
English at least basic knowledge (B2)
