About the role
- Intern supporting the KLA Advogados team in civil litigation and arbitration processes. Developing legal documents, conducting research, and assisting in case management.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in monitoring cases, drafting legal pleadings, and organizing documents;
- Assist in preparing reports, emails, and memoranda;
- Conduct external tasks at courts, tribunals, and other public offices;
- Assist in updating the case tracking system and other case management systems;
- Research legal doctrine and case law.
Requirements
- Enrolled in Law school, between the 3rd and 6th semester;
- Demonstrated interest in Civil Litigation and Arbitration;
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Intermediate to Advanced English;
- Proactive and collaborative attitude;
- Excellent writing skills and strong professional demeanor;
- Curiosity and willingness to develop practical legal knowledge in Civil Litigation and Arbitration.
