- Support in drafting legal opinions and consultations on the application of Transfer Pricing rules across different economic sectors.
- Assistance in modeling transactions and developing tax strategies to optimize tax positions within legal limits.
- Support in responding to tax audits and assessments, preparing administrative defenses and compliance strategies.
- Preparation of memoranda and technical reports documenting analyses of regulatory and tax impacts.
- Participation in client meetings, assisting in explaining the legal basis related to transfer pricing.
Requirements
- Law degree.
- Active OAB-SP registration (admission year between 2019 and 2022).
- Previous experience in projects or studies focused on International Taxation and Transfer Pricing.
- Experience in a law firm.
- Advanced English.
