About the role

  • Senior IT Customer Success Manager for Kinnovis, modernizing the self-storage industry in Europe. Managing customer onboarding, technical advice, and long-term support in the DACH region.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new customers
  • Independently manage onboardings — from setup and configuration to go‑live
  • Train users and provide a deep understanding of our platform
  • Manage multiple introduction or rollout projects in parallel
  • Take responsibility for schedules, milestones and clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Support technical configurations, data migrations or integrations
  • Provide long-term customer support — proactive, solution-oriented and reliable
  • Identify upsell opportunities and continuously increase customer value
  • Serve as the contact for technical questions and coordinate with the tech team on complex issues
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term customer relationships
  • Proactively find solutions to challenges
  • Communicate in a structured manner across all parties: customers, internal team, external partners
  • Help shape and optimize our internal processes, templates and tools

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, IT project management or technical customer support — ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Experience in agile project management and in process development and optimization
  • Proven experience in a technical role with a strong understanding of software solutions and data structures (e.g., in development or as a Data Scientist)
  • Strong customer orientation, organizational skills and a structured, solution-focused work approach
  • Excellent communication skills — within the team and particularly in customer-facing situations
  • Advanced Excel skills (data preparation or migration) and familiarity with tools such as Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Miro, Office 365
  • Technical understanding of software solutions and data structures
  • Excellent German and English skills (C2)
