About the role

- Several years of management experience; experience in a leadership role in inpatient care is desirable
- Professional experience in out-of-hospital intensive care (particularly with ventilated patients)
- Strong organizational skills
- Independent working style, resilience and strong communication skills
- Positive, approachable demeanor with patients, relatives and staff
