Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for coordinating facility operations and leading staff — including duty and vacation scheduling, conducting interviews, staff motivation, and team meetings
Representing the facilities internally and externally
Professional and disciplinary guidance, support and leadership of employees
Organizing workflows, reviewing and ensuring compliance with standards
Acting as the interface to external partners such as physicians, service providers and therapists
Occupancy management together with our case managers
Close cooperation with nursing managers and executive management
Requirements
At least a three-year professional qualification with a state-recognized degree in a nursing profession or a degree in social and health care (m/f/d)
At least two years of full-time leadership experience in a care facility or a comparable institution
Completion of a management training program qualifying for the leadership of a residential facility, comprising at least 480 hours
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently, resilience and strong communication skills
Positive demeanor towards patients, relatives and staff
