Responsibilities
You are responsible for establishing and expanding the segment aligned with your industry expertise
To achieve growth targets, you develop innovative ideas and strategies within your area of responsibility
Through structured, targeted and professional business development, you acquire new clients for filling key positions (interim and permanent)
Based on market observations, you develop strategies to identify and optimally exploit potential, and you are accountable for their implementation
You manage our existing clients, continuously expand collaboration at management level and are responsible for developing and servicing key accounts, with a focus on the upper mid-market and corporates
You lead placement processes for (inter)national mandates, work hand in hand with our research specialists and conduct targeted interviews with managers
You are a brand ambassador for KEYPLAYER in your segment and excite our clients by filling high-caliber positions at well-known brands and hidden champions at first- and second-tier management levels
You are responsible for expanding our advisory board for the segment and for coordinating and collaborating with the advisors
Requirements
You bring at least five to ten years of operational professional experience from industry or a management consultancy, or you are recognized in your industry as a top manager with strong networks and a personal affinity for business development
Alternatively, you have many years of experience from a senior recruitment consultancy (interim and/or executive search) in your segment, with a deep understanding of operational perspectives and the requirements for roles and candidates
You possess the strategic foresight to grow the segment
Business development, people and client satisfaction are your passion, and achieving targets and successfully managing demanding mandates is a fulfilling challenge for you
