Responsibilities
Developing and executing sourcing strategies with a strong emphasis on the IT category
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Manage independently supplier relationships, negotiations, and contracts to ensure favorable terms while minimizing costs as well as commercial and legal risks
Looking for continuous improvement in supplier data quality and cost efficiency
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and to ensure alignment with business objectives
Manage assigned categories efficiently by gaining stakeholder trust and respect by delivering results in line with common vision
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in indirect sourcing, preferably in the IT area
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within diverse, cross-functional teams, leveraging strong influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Results-driven, analytical, and self-motivated person, with strong attention to detail and the ability to logically identify alternative solutions or approaches to complex challenges
Solid supplier and internal stakeholder management skills
Experience with negotiating legal and commercial agreements terms and conditions, previous experience of SaaS contract negotiations is considered an advantage
Readiness to travel
Fluent skills in English (written and spoken)
