Responsibilities
- Support for various HR processes (e.g., organizational design, annual performance reviews)
- Participation in the recruiting process: creating and publishing job advertisements, maintaining and updating process data
- Support for change and project management activities – planning, scheduling and implementing projects
- Collaboration with international colleagues across regions (APAC, EMEA, Americas)
- Support with administrative HR tasks
- Optional: involvement in topics related to SAP SuccessFactors and SharePoint
Requirements
- Enrolled student in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or a comparable degree program
- Good IT skills: particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint; knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
- Basic understanding of HR principles or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area
- Very good spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
- Quick learner with the ability to work efficiently
