About the role

  • Digital Acquisition Manager driving paid media strategies for KEDGE Business School. Leading performance management of paid acquisition channels as part of hybrid role in Bordeaux.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic management of paid acquisition: translate business objectives into measurable acquisition goals.
  • Define channel-specific acquisition strategies based on target audiences.
  • Ensure alignment between targeting, messaging and business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs: CPL, CPA, cost per registration, conversion rate, ROAS.
  • Identify optimization levers and recommend budget reallocations.
  • Produce regular reporting for the Head of the Digital Marketing department.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid platforms.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models and tracking.
  • Budget management and ROI optimization.
  • Advanced reading and analysis of acquisition KPIs.
  • Experience coordinating with media agencies.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEA synergies is a plus.
